Inner West Council have released a plan to create capacity for 30,000 new homes, with a focus on Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Ashfield and Leichhardt. 

Sydney YIMBY needs you to write in favour of this plan to show council there is support in the community for more homes.

Increasing density in the inner city is the best way to improve affordability. It also benefits walkability of our communities as more services and business pop up, and fights climate change by putting people close to public transport instead of in greenfields developments on the urban fringe.

Whatever else you say in your submission, make sure you open it by supporting the new density.
