Mosman has been in the media complaining about their housing targets. A local named Judith Pearson is spending $500,000 taking the state government to court over it. She says in the SMH:

They have averaged 37 dwellings per year going back to 2001 - it's time for them to pull their weight and contribute to resolving Sydney's housing crisis.
