Underground parking adds $100K per space to the cost of new apartments - and there are many other reasons to support less parking. Less parking means less traffic, and the Inner West is getting billions of new public transport investment with the Bankstown Metro upgrade.

This will make sure that the new communities we're building are truly sustainable.
